In January of 2023, Metro City Corvette Club of Columbia, South Carolina was formally registered with the S.C. Secretary of State and incorporated as a limited liability Company (LLC) non-profit organization. M Triple C held its first official meeting on January 20, 2023 for planning purposes. Metro City Corvette Club (also Known as M Triple C) is a Corvette Club located in Columbia, S.C.
M Triple C, was formed by a small group of Corvette enthusiasts with a shared love of Corvettes as well as a passion for strong communities and family values. The founding members and officers of M Triple C are President Benjamin Wingfield “Jamms”, Vice President Roger Canty “Cucuy”, Treasurer Wilber Washington “Black Superman”, Secretary Ervin Yarrell “Deac”, Sgt @ Arms Marion Gibson “Big Chief”, Chaplin Ken Moses “Colonel” and Larry Steward “Smooth” Honorary Member..
M Triple C normally will meet once a month on the first Saturday at sponsor Jim Hudson Chevrolet of Columbia's conference room with the goal of conducting club business and to discuss upcoming events and addressing community needs.
M Triple C’s purpose is to promote participation in Corvette oriented activities and to enhance the appreciation and enjoyment of ownership of a Corvette. M Triple C will encourage and create an environment that fosters harmony, wisdom, and understanding among its members as well as work cooperatively with other social and charitable organizations within the community which is deemed appropriate and aligns with its core values.
M Triple C’s mission is to function as a non-profit organization in support of needy families, charitable organizations, and community driven events throughout South Carolina, as well as strive to bring awareness to Social Justice issues. M Triple C will be a positive role model for South Carolina’s Youth, Young Adults, Seniors, and Veterans.
M Triple C is committed to bringing together all generations of Corvette owners who possess a mutual respect for all things Corvette and foster a diverse membership that will be fun, friendly, respectful, supportive, educational, and community focused.
M Triple C will adhere to a Code of Ethics that will not demean or bring any dishonor to the club or each other. The Club will not discriminate regardless of race, religion, sex and etc., and will be honest, respectful, dependable, adaptable, professional and law-abiding at all times.
